At The Fleece Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort essentials. If your new fleece bedding or decor isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unwashed and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected from moisture during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
